1. Processing of personal data
This policy describes how AIRMOBIS s.r.o., as the controller, processes personal data:
- we respect the privacy of our users and customers, pay appropriate attention to this area and take all appropriate measures.We take all appropriate steps to properly secure our users' and customers' data and protect it from misuse,
- comply with applicable data protection legislation,
- we collect and use data about our users and customers to improve andimprove our services, or to deliver a requested service or create new services.
2. Rights and control options in relation to personal data
The following rights arise for you as a data subject:
- the right to access personal data - in particular, the possibility to check whether thethe controller processes data about you and, if so, to access it.
- the right to rectification, or. You have the right to haveinaccurate or incorrect data completed - if you believe that the controller is recording inaccurate or incorrect information about you, you have the right to bring this to the attention of the controller. It is our duty as the controller, if you notify us that you require correction of your personal data, to deal with your request.
- Right to restriction of processing of personal data - you have the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data recorded
- the right to object to the processing of personal data - the subject has, for reasons ofconcerning his or her particular situation, the subject has the right to object at any time to processing of personal data
- the right to data portability - essentially the possibility to obtain personal data under certain conditionsdata relating to you which you have provided to the controller in a structured, commoncommonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that datadata to another controller without hindrance from the original controller, where technically feasible.
The provision of consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Personal data we collect about you
When using the GEOWORK service, we collect statistical data throughm which gives us an idea of how the service is used. This data allows us to work on continuously improving our service. We are also interested in technical data about the device, hardware and operating system you use. We then use the data collected in this way for internal analytical purposes.
When you work with GEOWORK, you also leave us some information that we store and use to improve the service:
- Content uploaded by you (this includes photos, videos, reviews, ratings, etc., including their metadata),
- information about how you interact with the GEOWORK service, how often and how you use it.We then use this data to improve the GEOWORK service itself.
Of the personal information you provide when you register for GEOWORK services, we may use:
- your email to communicate with you - we may send you important communications about bugs you report in the service GEOWORK, the processing of photos or other content you send us, and other additional information you send us;
- your name, company name, address, phone number.
4. Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data may be processed by the controller for the following purposes:
- performance of contracts (in particular, performance of contracts with collaborators, performance of contracts with business partners, etc.)
- marketing and advertising targeting
- performance of legal obligations (in particular obligations in the sense of legislation)
- protection of the legitimate interest of the controller
5. Keeping your personal data safe
We feel obliged to protect the personal data of our users. We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect the security of your personal data.
We have put in place various safeguards to prevent unauthorised access toaccess to and unnecessary storage of personal information on our systems. These measures include, in particular, encryption, access and retention policies.
